By proceeding into the Proodle-Centric website or mobile application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Proodle-Centric is a basic interface between the user and Proodle.
The application can be used only by Vinfast employees on their factory premises.
The application enables users to place orders. Employees are requested to show the order confirmation message received on their mobile phone to the delivery person at the respective stall and collect their food.
All food items are subject to availability. Outlets have the right to withdraw or amend any item, with the customer’s acceptance, when a food item is unavailable.
Proodle may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly and ensure that you are satisfied with any changes.
Payments
Payment is required to confirm each order.
Once an order is confirmed or placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Refunds
For all incomplete orders or failed transactions, a refund will be initiated automatically.
For all other refund-related queries, please email info@proodle.in.
Privacy Policy
This application does not store any customer information other than the user’s mobile number and order number. Therefore, the possibility of using this information for other business promotions does not arise.
